Yes, screws are already included, but you can order additional screws.

I can't install the side stand foot enlargement on my side stand foot because of burr.
It is normal that ridge is on your side stand foot because of frequent use. You can easily remove it with a file. To avoid rust, you can also use colourless silicone.

Do I have to secure the screws with screw securing adhesive?
Yes, all screws must be secured with thread lock (for example Loctite). Otherwise you will lose the screws forced by the vibrations.

A quality product and easy to fit. Doubles the footprint of the sidestand's base but does not interfere with the mainstand when the sidestand is retracted.
