Is there any differences between Article-No. : TT.044-0395 and Article-No. : 0867 other than appearance?
No, there is no difference between the two tail lights except the optic/design.

Is this a plug an play tail light or must install additional resistors to avoid lamp warning indicator?
Theoretically the mounting is plug and play.
But the fairing has to be demounted and so on which is a lot of work.
The resistor is already installed in the tail light.
In very rare cases (mainly newer F800GT models) those LED rear lights need a bigger resistor and the lamp warning appears.
If you are not sure with the installation, then please get the job done by a professional repair shop ... it not too easy!

Reasonably easy to fit, transforms the appearance of the bike - especially when the bike is Champagne Silver - giving it a up to date appearance. The part was shipped quickly, well packed and arrived safely.
