Measured temperature on the engine test stand (engine is cooled with a supercharger) without plug: 54,9C; with plug: 50,1C
Measured temperature after a tour of about 250km without plug: 53,4C; with plug: 49,4C.

Also referred to as wheel hub cover, rear axle cover.

These items can optionally be mounted with black screws. The black screws can be ordered separately under item number M6x25.

No, unfortunately we can't sell BMW emblems. The diameter is 27mm. Here is the BMW article number 51 14 2 328 447. You can get the BMW logo usually at every BMW dealer.

Easy to follow instructions, and very simple to install (5 minutes). Got here (New Zealand) within 12-days, which was quick. Looks pretty damn good on the rear wheel (best when the wheel is clean). Don't know why BMW don't provide these, but Hornig have made a beautifully designed piece of equipment here that should be a must on all R1200GS bikes.
