The mudguards were developed and tested with standard road tires.
Tires with very high edges or extremely knobby tires can cause impairments.
The mudguards are not suitable for off-road use.

High quality item, perfect fit and easy to install, if you have the new forged wheels as on my 1250 GS you dont even have to take off the real wheel, with spoked wheels you need to remove that, LOVE the Ilmberger quality as they use a clear plastic coating that protects the carbon fibre from scratching and has a unique UV resistance. Autoclave made ofc !

The rear wheel huggie carbon fibre arrived before delivery time, very happy with this high quality produce on my bike. Its functional, customising, and a much better option than BMW's sissy looking rear mudflap (hanging out there). Certainly value foe money.

Bought this carbon hugger for my R1250 GSA Rallye, arrived quickly and was extremely well packaged. Fits the bike very well and is great at keeping the mud off the back of my left leg and side of the bike. It looks great and top quality as well. Will be purchasing more from Hornig in the future.
