You can plug in all extra devices like GPS navigation systems in your cockpit with this cable. Picture 2 shows you which cable is + (Plus) and - (Minus). Picture 3 shows you the plug which you can plug into your cockpit.

Also referred to as universal BMW CAN-BUS 12V power connector with cable for GPS, outlets or other electronics.

Where does the third wire connect to please?
The third wire is only for the BMW Multicontroller (the wheel some BMWs have on the left which you can use to navigate through the computer or BMW Naviagtor). If you don’t have this wheel, then you can’t and don’t use this third wire (works only with BMW Navigator).

Where do I plug this cable on my motorcycle?
The matching plug is on the right front of the frame. (Behind the cover panel at the right turn signal)
