The Silent Sport heat wrap tape raises the temperatures in the manifolds, which increases the flow velocity. Therefore, the heat wrap tape is especially popular in motor sports. However, the heat wrap tape is also perfectly suited for isolating the manifold pipes in the areas of trouser legs, shoe soles and panniers. It is resistant to temperatures up tp 750 °C. Thanks to its high flexibility, wrapping it smoothly around pipes with a very narrow radius is also possible.
