Windscreens and wind protection are always a complicated issue and advices via internet or telephone are not possible or wrong in most of the cases.
It is not only about the windscreen, there are also many other individual factors like your helmet, your sitting position and your own subjective feeling.

I ordered the medium size. In high position on my R1250RS, the protection is perfect, while still watching the road over the windshield. In low position, this one still provides more protection than the original windshield in the high position. The plastic seems really strong. Installation is not a problem. Pricey, but I'm very happy with my purchase.

This is my second windscreen, 1st was for my R1200RS. 2nd for my new R1250RS, it's a fantastic product fits perfectly looks better and provides much more protection than the original windscreen.
