Do screws already belong to the side stand foot enlargement or heightening?
Yes, screws are already included, but you can order additional screws.

I can't install the side stand foot enlargement on my side stand foot because of burr.
It is normal that ridge is on your side stand foot because of frequent use. You can easily remove it with a file. To avoid rust, you can also use colourless silicone.

Do I have to secure the screws with screw securing adhesive?
Yes, all screws must be secured with thread lock (for example Loctite). Otherwise you will lose the screws forced by the vibrations.

Works great. Remember to tighten the screws with lock-tite or similar, otherwise they may get loose due to vibration (happened to me)

Very good product. Screws easily to the side stand enlarger. Compensates for the BMW supplied short side stand that is designed for the camber on the right side of European highways and which tilts the bike over way too much on the LHS of British or Irish roads.
