This high-quality quick-release coupling enables you to detach the fuel line in an instant. Both male and female couplers are self-closing, so there is no risk of spillage. Installation is extremely simple: Shorten the fuel hose by 5 cm at a suitable point, fit the coupling, and secure with the stainless-steel clamps supplied. That's all there is to it!

I was looking for two quick connect, disconnect, fuel valves. I did not want to buy the original quick disconnect from BMW because they come in plastic and they are usually very weak and break within 30,000 km or so. So I decided to look for something of superior quality, possibly made in Germany and I found these Quick disconnects made of brass and very high-quality in my opinion. Even though I had to pay for shipping, I still opted for these made in Germany, Parts and bypass the rest of them which I could buy from Amazon or other sources here in Canada and/or in the USA.
I am very happy with my decision. I have no more fuel dripping and leaking. I hope these parts will last for the lifetime of the motorcycle. And they should. Motorcycle parts supplier is highly recommended by me personally even if you live in Canada or in the USA.
