The chain and sprockets kit for your BMW F800GS (2008) consists of an open chain with 116 chain links and a transmission of 16/42.

The chain and sprockets kit for your BMW F800GS (2009-2018) consists of an open chain with 116 chain links and a transmission of 16/42.

The chain and sprockets kit for your BMW F650GS (2008- ) consists of an open chain with 116 chain links and a transmission of 17/41.

Caution: On the BMW F800GS, the rear chainring is attached with either M8 or M10 screws! Item no. 302-KHPE fits only for M8 (hole in the chainring 8,5mm), item no. 337-KHPE fits only for M10 (hole in the chainring 10,3mm)! Before ordering, please unscrew a screw and check the hole in the chainring!

To guarantee fast delivery times, we source sprockets and pinions from various companies, including JT Sprockets, PBR, AFAM, and Ognibene. The sprockets and pinions are made of steel as standard. The appearance may vary depending on the manufacturer.

Our chain kits are supplied with solid rivet master links.

The chain riveting tool (article number 4991) is suitable for hollow rivets and solid rivets. Solid rivets are riveted using a punch and a hammer.

The KTW 2.5 chain tool (article number 940150) is suitable for hollow rivets and requires the supplementary set 940250 for solid rivets. If you wish to use the KTW 2.5 chain tool (article number 940150) for our chain kits, you must also order the supplementary set 940250! With the KTW 2.5, riveting is carried out simply by tightening the tool using a torque wrench.
