The new BMW R 1300 GS sets a new benchmark in the travel enduro segment. With a wealth of innovations and a significant weight reduction of an impressive 12 kg compared to the previous model, it clearly stands out from the competition. The heart of this innovation is the legendary two-cylinder boxer engine, which, with a displacement of 1,300 cm3, produces an impressive 145 hp and a maximum torque of 149 Nm. This makes it the most powerful BMW boxer engine produced in series.
The new chassis of the R 1300 GS is a masterpiece of technology, with a sheet metal shell main frame made of steel and a rear frame made of die-cast aluminum, which improves the rigidity and precision of the steering behavior. The front wheel guidance EVO-Telelever with flex element and the revised rear wheel guidance EVO-Paralever also contribute to excellent driving stability.

The Option 719 Tramuntana variant combines gold cross-spoke wheels with a high-quality paint finish in Aurelius Green metallic.
