How should the cable be connected with regard to + and –?
For this horn, the polarity does not matter; the cables can be connected in any way.

Do I have to consider anything else after having mounted the horn?
Yes. Please make sure that water does not stay inside the horn (e.g. after washing the motorcycle). Otherwise the function of the horn cannot be guaranteed since it might be damaged by the water.

I live in the U.S. and this horn was delivered pretty quickly. Following the video exactly, I had no problem installing this horn. DO read all of the paperwork though!! If you have the Torx driver you can do this -- easy! Just have a magnifying glass handy if your eyes aren't perfect, in order to read the tiny stamped numbers on the relay. The horn is absolutely nice and loud. I would heartily recommend it.
