2022-08-02 - More comfort, safety and individuality



The BMW S1000R of 2021 clearly offers a plus in agility and dynamics. With the latest conversion, we want to focus on and further improve three areas, namely comfort, safety and individuality.

Comfort:
Instead of the OEM windshield, we now use our tinted sport windshield together with the appropriate mounting kit. As the helmet is constantly in the wind now, there is less unpleasant turbulence. In combination with the handlebar risers, which raise the handlebar by 35 mm and bring it 15 mm closer to the rider, you arrive at your destination much more relaxed. The distance between the Midi brake and clutch levers and the handlebars can be easily adjusted in 6 positions. A tank bag is a must-have on tour to always have important things to hand. Moreover, you will certainly not want to do without the handle and the carrying strap of the tank bag, since the tank bag is so easy to transport.

Safety:
With the handlebar rearview mirrors, you have a clear view of everything that is happening behind you. Thus, the mirrors are providing a major safety advantage on board. Both the crash pads for swingarm and fork as well as the crash pads for the frame are worth their weight in gold if the S1000R should ever fall over. To avoid any nasty surprises regarding the engine oil, we used a silver anodized aluminium oil filler plug for our conversion, which can only be opened with a Torx T45. The side stand foot enlargement increases the stability of the motorcycle on all surfaces. Optimal protection for the oil and water cooler is provided by the two-piece cooler screen.

Individuality:
The tank pad in carbon is a small visual highlight. Of course, it also protects the tank area against annoying scratches. The paint finish of the front mudguard is immediately appealing to the eye and the pillion seat cover blends in perfectly with the look of the BMW S1000R. The short registration plate holder and the adjustable license plate bracket made of stainless steel ensure an individual and at the same time sporty looking rear. The universal rim stripes prove to be real eye-catchers.
