This Oil Filler Plug is made of high quality aluminum and available in two colours: black anodized and silver anodized. You can open this Oil Filler Plug with a Torx T45. The oil filler plug and the dipstick are milled of one piece aluminium.
Tightening torque: 10 Nm

Really nice product. Feels nice in the hand, the metal is smooth and well finished and fits perfectly. The torx head offers security over the twist-by-hand original.

But where this product stands head and shoulders above the OEM part is it’s ease of use. The oil level is hard to see on the black plastic level, but on this silver one it’s as clear as day. And as someone who’s had the original BMW dipstick twist and break when refitting in the past, it’s good to know this won’t happen with this one.

An excellent product and a huge improvement over the original. Not cheap, but you’ll only need to buy it once.

Very well made, will protect your bike from vandalism. Only issue is that you need to have a piece of cloth to hold it while checking your oil level because it is getting very hot. Best shop for BMW parts.
