Some BMW G310R models have a metal loop on the side stand (see image 4). This metal loop is available in different versions. With some metal loops, the side stand enlargement may have to be reworked if the metal loop or the weld seam touches the extension plate.

Yes, screws are already included, but you can order additional screws.

I can't install the side stand foot enlargement on my side stand foot because of burr.
It is normal that ridge is on your side stand foot because of frequent use. You can easily remove it with a file. To avoid rust, you can also use colourless silicone.

Do I have to secure the screws with screw securing adhesive?
Yes, all screws must be secured with thread lock (for example Loctite). Otherwise you will lose the screws forced by the vibrations.
