Do I have to consider anything else after having mounted the horn?
Yes. Please make sure that water does not stay inside the horn (e.g. after washing the motorcycle). Otherwise the function of the horn cannot be guaranteed since it might be damaged by the water.

The Wolo horn is much louder than the stock horn on my 2005 R1200GS. However, the most notable difference is the tone of the horn, which is sort of a 'beep' sound on the original, with the Wolo giving a lower pitch, more commanding, 'honk' sound. Installation was easy; I was not interested in wiring a new relay directly to the battery, as seems to be commonly required with other aftermarket horns. The Wolo plugged directly into the existing harness, which made the install very easy.
