Approximately 5% lower ratio than the original part. Installs on intermediate shaft.

Easier acceleration off-road or when fully loaded. Replaces original "straight" part (BMW part no. 23221233413 ) in all 5-speed-gearboxes in 2-valve airheads from 1969 until end of production 1996

Installation of this article requires skilled personnel, possibly special tools, liquid nitrogen, heat treatment and considerable knowledge. The dimensions of our parts correspond to the last level of production of BMW. Please check the dimensions.
