Washer for final drive angular gearbox. The ring has an inner diameter of 12mm, an outer diameter of 16mm and is 1,5mm thick.

Yes, this is the oil gasket which secures the oil from draining out of the gearbox.
You can also get sure again if you measure the screw. The ring has a inner diameter of about 12mm.
